His Highness Sheikh Hamdan Bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Deputy Ruler of Dubai and UAE Minister of Finance is the President of the Dubai Health Authority and His Excellency Humaid Mohammed Obaid Al Qutami is the chairman of the board of the Dubai Health Authority.
