EBSAR Advertising & Publishing L.L.C ‘s core business is to offer end to end business solutions that falls under Effective and targeted audience marketing measured activities from a scratch idea to the return on investment records.

The company was first established on 22nd November 2006 under “MG for Media Solutions” Name, to mainly offer graphic designs and web solutions for the Levant Countries in the Middle East. Very soon we started delivering successful projects to clients. Our team has started to grow in numbers and in qualifications alongside with the rapidly increasing demand on our services.

In 2008, we started getting recognizable demand from international clients for having to fulfilling projects in the GCC region (Gulf Cooperation Council) mainly from United Arab Emirates and specifically from Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah. Saudi Arabia and Specifically from Jeddah and Riyadh. And many other projects from Kuwait, Qatar, Oman and Bahrain. We also got projects from Europe region, mainly from Germany, Hungary, and France.

In 2012, our business graph was growing up faster where the political turbulence in the Levant region directly affected our operations and compelled us to wind up. As a backup strategy to fulfil our ongoing commitments with our clients, we moved to Turkey with a small team and carried on our operations.

The 2015, was the year we made our decision to establish a new office in the United Arab Emirates - The business hub of the Middle East Region. On 21st September 2015 the new birth took place. The UAE office is ready. At this stage, we will be working very closely with our clients in Dubai, Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ras Al Khaima, Ajman, Fujairah and Umm Al Quwain.

With the change of business model of doing graphic design and web solutions that we had at MG for Media Solutions we also decided to change the name of our company to reflect our new enhanced Business Modal comprise of Effective Business Solutions and Resources. This is how we transformed our new company name from our legacy "MG Media Solutions" to our genuine offering model and services and formed it "Effective Business Solutions and Resources" short "EBSAR".
