6P was born out of a dream by the team behind @FITNESSINDXB and 10 FORWARD, working with some of the top Personal Trainers in Dubai to develop a small studio concept that empowers clients on their fitness journey. We have developed a holistic approach that incorporates cutting edge technology, nutrition, lifestyle and more to effectively engage with clients. We are here to develop your knowledge, awareness and help you achieve your goals whilst delivering an unprecedented degree of personal service.
