Pura was founded by Gavin and Colm, two former chefs and best friends for over 15 years. The pair have more than 30 years combined kitchen experience between them, having worked in 5 star hotels and Michelin starred restaurants across Ireland and the Middle East.
With Gavin developing a newfound enthusiasm for fitness and Colm passionate about creating tasty, healthy meals the two founded Pura, ditching traditional calorie counting along the way and instead opting for macronutrient counting.
The result is an extremely personalised meal prep company, which is able to help clients reach their desired results and goals in record time.
Gavin has lost over 50KG to date, while Colm has lost 20KG - which proves that as they say - the proof is in the pudding!
