The MNR Talent and Skill Development Institute was launched in September 2015 with the approval of the UAE’s Knowledge and Human Development Authority (KHDA).Our vision is to become a leading educational partner to business organizations and working professionals across the region.Our mission is to identify developmental needs, and source and provide the skills and competency training required to respond to those needs.

Due to the fast-paced nature of innovation and market changes, skill requirements are changing rapidly. In addition, there are thousands of graduates entering the job market every year, many of them are not equipped with the skills required for employment

Therefore, a developmental gap exists in many organizations across various industries and at MNR Talent and Skill Development Institute, we achieve our mission by constantly searching the globe for experienced trainers.The Institute and all it’s members are driven by the value of education in the achievement of organizational and personal goals and by a commitment to conduct business ethically and add value to customers.As a corporate social responsibility initiative, we encourage case study writing, consultancy and research with partnering institutions in order to share regional knowledge through professional bodies, alumni, radio talks, newspapers and magazines
