نبذة عن وزارة المالية:

تعد وزارة المالية في دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة المسؤولة عن تنفيذ جميع السياسات المالية والنقدية المرتبطة بإدارة الموارد المالية بما يحقق التنمية الاقتصادية المستدامة والمتوازنة في الدولة. وتعمل الوزارة على تحقيق ذلك من خلال وضع سياسات المحاسبة المالية والحكومية وإعداد الميزانية العامة للاتحاد والاشراف على تطبيقها. بالاضافة الى تحصيل الإيرادات، تنظيم الشؤون المتعلقة بالمشتريات الاتحادية، إعداد مشروعات القوانين المالية الاتحادية، ضبط الإنفاق، وضع نظام للرقابة المالية للوزارات والجهات الاتحادية، التنسيق والتعاون بين الدولة والمؤسسات الإقليمية والدولية في المجالات المالية والنقدية والاقتصادي. كذلك تمثيل دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة في التوقيع على اتفاقيات تجنب الإزدواج الضريبي واتفاقيات حماية وتشجيع الاستثمار، ومتابعة حسن سير العمل في السوق الخليجية المشتركة.

تضم الوزارة العديد من القطاعات والادارات ومنها التدقيق الداخلي المشترك، شؤون الموارد والميزانية، شؤون العلاقات المالية الدولية، شؤون الادارة المالية، وشؤون الخدمات المساندة.

About Ministry of Finance:

UAE Ministry of Finance (MoF) is responsible of executing all financial and monetary policies related to the management of UAE financial resources. MoF seeks to secure the balanced and sustainable development of the UAE by developing federal government financial and accounting policies, in addition to preparing and executing the federal budget. It is also responsible of controlling expenditure, developing financial auditing system in ministries and federal authorities, as well as securing coordination and cooperation between the UAE and the regional and international institutions in financial, monetary and economic domains. MoF represents the UAE in signing double taxation avoidance agreements, in addition to signing investment protection and promotion agreements. Furthermore, the ministry is responsible of following up with the proper functioning of GCC Common Market (GCM).

MoF is consisted of many sectors and departments, including Joint Internal Audit Sector, Resources and Budget Sector, International Financial Relations Sector, Public Finance Management Sector and Support Services Sector.
