Ali & Sons Marine Engineering Factory (ASMEF) is one of the largest facilities in UAE based in ICAD-II Abu Dhabi. ASMEF is part of Ali& Sons Group that has a long 37 years of outstanding history in serving the UAE and GCC market which positions ASMEF as a strong key player in the region. It is a leading fabrication Contractor in the Onshore and Offshore Oil and Gas, Jack-up Repairs and Upgrades, Ship building and Ship Repair.

This is complemented by the facility’s strategic location with access to both onshore and offshore fields in UAE as well as a direct access to the UAE borders to serve other neighbor countries and overseas clients & markets. The facility is located in Mussafah and is considered to be the closest yard to the Abu Dhabi oil fields both offshore and onshore. The yard stretches over a 280,000 sq. meter with a 350meter water front. It is equipped with a state of the art workshop to cater to our one-stop shop business concept.

ASMEF is Quality Management System certified with ISO 9001:2008 & API_SpecQ1-9thEdition; has Quality Control System product specification of API Monogram for SPEC 2B; ASME A,S,U,PP & U2; NB & R; and HSE Management System certified with ISO14001:2004; OHSAS18001:2007 & OSHAD.
