Being specialized providers of high tech solutions to serious construction problems, we cannot afford to make a mistake and rectify it. Hence, the management ensures that every employee realizes that we must always be right first time.

HRM is the cornerstone of our structure. At each level we select the most qualified people for the job, regardless of any other consideration and train them rigorously and continuously. Marketing Strategy
A fairy large budget is allocated for marketing and promotion, but it is not spent on the print and electronic media. Instead, we club it with the direct cost of works done to provide our clients with a lot more than their expectations. We then enjoy the referral promotion by our satisfied customers.

DicoTech is one of Qatar’s and UAE’s largest applicators of spray and brush-applied fire-resistant systems, with over 1000 trained engineers, supervisors and skilled workers.

DicoTech has a successful track record of completing over 1,000 projects in various specialized fields, including multi-million riyal projects (e.g. spray-applied fire-proofing at New Doha International Airport).
DicoTech has a successful track record of completing projects in the oil & gas sector in various fields (e.g. spray-applied fire-proofing at Qatar gas 3 & 4 LNG onshore facilities as well as at the Fluor / RasGas common off plot project).
DicoTech has a successful track record of completing many projects for Kahramaa (e.g. specialized protective floorings at Qatar Power Transmission Expansion Phase VIII and Phase IX).
DicoTech has successfully completed overseas projects, including fire-protection systems in Tunisia and Nigeria.
DicoTech has a well-developed system of project management, including but not limited to detailed Job Safety Analysis procedures, Inspection Testing Procedures and documentation control systems.
DicoTech has a proven track record of completing projects safely, and was recently awarded a Certificate of Achievement for completing 1,000,000 man-hours worked without a Lost Time Accident at the NDIA project.
